Safonova offers free standard shipping via UPS on all orders over $100.00 outside of UTAH. Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent that will include your tracking number.  We do not ship internationally.  Unless otherwise stated via promotion or giveaway, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.  Safonova will exchange or will issue store credit on non-sale items within 10 days of the original purchase date. No returns or store credit on "Sale" items.
